Job Description



Key Responsibilities

• Supports other CERT members if needed in completing local interviews

• Supports local HR partners and business leader with conducting impacted employee conversations with dignity and respect

• Provides coaching to employees and leaders as appropriate relative to issues pertaining primarily to Attendance UN and Performance UN. Some cases involving Behavior UN for non-exempt employees

• With guidance, determines if involuntary termination is appropriate

• Determines specific details and conduct required research on basic/routine cases

• Documents inquiries and resolutions in Case Management Tool. Owns the report creation and trend analysis

• Gathers facts and coaches manager on appropriate actions

• Under some guidance from CERT Assoc Manager, gathers facts, contacts necessary parties, and requests information from GCS (i-Report vendor who is generally the first point of contact for the employee that surfaced the issue/concern)

• Handles cases generally involving non-exempt employee’s through salary band B2



Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)



Experience

• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)



Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

$53,700 - 74,175 annually
