We’ll walk you through the insurance lines we offer, have you complete various training portals, make sure you’re registered for the programs we use, and teach you how Direct operates. If you ever want to brush up on your knowledge of a specific topic, existing agents are able to complete any new hire training on an as-needed basis.

At customer service training, you’ll learn foundational information about the insurance industry and how to leverage that knowledge to help customers. You’ll learn all about complex billing and payment processes so that you can simplify these topics when speaking with callers. We’ll also make sure you’re informed about any state-specific regulations so that you can better serve people, regardless of where they live.

Corporate Training

At our corporate office, managers typically work hand-in-hand with new hires and help them set training goals. You’ll be able to shadow your manager or team members to see how work is completed. You’ll have the chance to meet members of other departments and learn how you might work together in the future. You’ll be tackling large tasks before you know it.
