Even when you’ve been in your role for several years, there will still be opportunities to sharpen your skills with new training courses.

Insurance service representatives are a critical component of our success, and they participate in a six-week, in-house paid training program.
This training covers the foundations of the insurance industry and how to utilize that knowledge in real-world customer service situations. You’ll also learn state-specific variations in insurance and how to navigate our in-house knowledge management platform to ensure ongoing service accuracy. In addition, you’ll learn crucial billing functions which include payment processing and complex billing resolution techniques. We will help you develop the skills needed to provide superior service to our customers and ensure their satisfaction.
We offer six weeks of in-depth, paid training and provide you with all the tools you need to be successful in inside sales, enabling you to provide the right insurance solutions to potential customers.
This training covers the property and casualty insurance industry as well as our family of brands’ products and systems. You’ll also learn proven sales techniques to empower you for success. Don’t have your license to sell property and casualty insurance? Not a problem! Training will cover the necessary classes to prepare for the property and casualty licensing exam and any other licenses you need. Come grow your sales skillset with Direct Auto!
At our corporate office, managers typically work hand-in-hand with new hires and help them set training goals. You’ll be able to shadow your manager or team members to see how work is completed. You’ll have the chance to meet members of other departments and learn how you might work together in the future. You’ll be tackling large tasks before you know it.
