Job Summary:
The Retail Sales Marketing Manager Senior Consultant is responsible for ownership of local marketing activities for a given geography including but not limited to field planning, scheduling and executing local and corporate marketing events, promotions and business driving activities and creating, executing, managing and tracking activities and results of new store opening business driving plans. This role will also market daily to local dealerships and other business partners to build presence in the marketplace and increase new business growth.

Total Cash Compensation (TCC) range for this position is from $52,500 and $65,600 per year based on experience and qualifications.
*The low end of the TCC range includes base pay of $44,600 annual and performance-based incentives of $7,900 at 100% of sales targets. The high end of the TCC reflects base pay of $55,800 annual and performance-based incentives of $9,800 at 100% of sales targets.
*Incentive payments are not guaranteed and are governed by the terms of the applicable sales bonus plan which is subject to change at National General’s discretion.
