At Direct Auto, we believe in four E’s (engaged, energized, empowered, execute), and they’re the foundation for everything we do. We cling closely to these principles so that they can guide our day-to-day decisions and attitude. Each workday, we try to embody these words because they give us the best opportunity to provide our customers with a stellar experience.

Engaged

We must be engaged at work every single day. But this doesn’t just mean we show up, focus, and get work done. It means we’re looking for more efficient ways to accomplish tasks or help customers save. We’re not okay with simply sticking to the status quo just because “it’s the way we’ve always done it.” Complacency is a word that doesn’t exist in our dictionary.

Energized

It’s important to show up to work with the right attitude. We want every employee to be energized, excited, and ready to go because a positive mindset is a powerful thing. We push ourselves and each other to do more for our customers each day.

Empowered

Through the strength of our training and leadership, our employees are empowered and encouraged to make decisions on their own. Even if a choice doesn't work out, we see it as an opportunity to learn and grow. Our employees are empowered to make decisions they believe in. Execute

Lastly, we have to execute. If we don’t follow through on our tasks and deliver a finished product we’re proud of, a product that will benefit our customers, we fail.
